BH healer build

Is there a better selection? Maybe it's just me but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of variety for healer builds...

I looked at this and there is not much change to make In healer terms. I am a huge fan of Alacrity for PvP mostly so I try and take what abilities I can in it. I noticed you skipped the one ability but it is ultimately a preference kind of thing. Solid Build.
